This hotel is located in the centre of town, right on the square. It's such a convenient spot for exploring Grantown-on-Spey and enjoying the peaceful environment. The rooms on the second level are delightful, with big windows that let in plenty of natural light. The attention to detail is evident, with so many nice extras provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread is impressive, with plenty of options to choose from. I particularly loved the added value of quotations from Dr Johnson, creating a unique and intellectual touch. Comfortable stay, good breakfast, and friendly hosts. The room was clean and spacious, with nice amenities. The location was great, with beautiful views of the surrounding area and easy access to nearby attractions. The hosts were welcoming and provided helpful recommendations for activities in the area.
the carpets in the room were damp and musty, which detracted from our overall experience. We also found the noise level from the nearby street to be disruptive and made it difficult to sleep at night.

In my recent stay at this charming Victorian guest house, I found its location to be one of the best aspects. It is situated in the peaceful environment of the main square of a beautiful Highland town, which made it very convenient for me to explore nearby shops, restaurants and transportation. The cleanliness of this hotel was also noteworthy. The hotel facilities were modern and well-kept with a cozy guest lounge, and the breakfast was simply excellent. The staff, especially the owner, was friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and provided true hospitality to me throughout my stay.

I recently stayed at Rosehall Guest House for a weekend getaway. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and informative, making us feel right at home. The breakfast served was excellent and there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. The easy parking facilities were a plus, and the house itself was exquisitely British. Room nr 9 was spacious and luxurious, while room nr 4, although small, had a cozy feel to it. a wonderful experience!
I highly recommend this hotel.

Located near some tourist attractions and affordable rates were a plus. the breakfast, although not exceptional, had a decent spread.
The room wasn't very clean and we found hair on the bedding. the room was quite small and cramped with little space to move around.
